The k3b-i18n package is missing on the above mentioned ISO. No big deal, but it is nicer when also k3b shows up in German if you have chosen a German installation.

iso it's a lite version ... choose the full ...

Sure it is the lite version, but the other programs of the lite version show up in German it would be 'nicer' if k3b would be also in German. And the lite version would still be lite.
