The linux-image-4.12.0-0.slh.1-aptosid-amd64 is no longer supporting the virtualbox components. I have to stay on Linux 4.11.0-7.slh.3-aptosid-amd64 x86_64 until I find a solution.

Thanks for the responde.
Sry, bat the mentioned directory /usr/share/virtualbox/src does not exist on my computer.
For testing reasons I will install a Siduction.
In an SuSE installation, virtualbox is operational without any prob. Only Aptosid is causing some disadvantages.

No, all distros who use kernel 4.12 and unpatched vbox have that problem.
And if you use vbox from debian, the source is in /uer/src, because debian is using vbox-dkms which does not exist upstream anymore.
