Dear aptosid devs & users,
I wanted to thank You all for making this
Debian distribution a charme to use.
I hope that after that ugly split it will
work out fine for You all.
Keep up Your great work and Your dedication for
this great roll of OS.
A thankfull User,
Martin |

I couldn't agree more. Being a lurker in the Sidux forum since almost the very start, I've finally made up my mind to get official. Honestly I never felt a need to register. This distro has always run smoothly and in case of emergency, the answer would be here before I could even pose the question. So I take this as a sign of quality - distro and community. Anyway, I am more than happy that the freeze time is over and Aptosid is on track. Couldn't really think of using anything else.
Thanks for this incredible job.

What Bitzer said about the answer! I've been dist-upgrading for several months now, all problems solved by stopping by here - and I've always learned somehing from it, to boot...
Cheers,

Thought I would take a minute and also say thanks to all involved with the transition. I am happy to continue using this distro and seems that the forum is much more relaxed right now. It's great that things have continued on. You can definitely tell as slh is a kernel-compiling machine right now!

Yes, I'm glad I hung around to wait and see what happened. I just didn't have the heart to leave this distro. I'm glad it has all worked out and certainly has been a treat on my last two installs on older laptops to see them "fly" again, even with KDE. Thanks to everyone!!
