Hi!
install-usb-gui.bash creates a bootable usb-media utilizing the aptosid.iso-file and the loopback capabilities of grub2.
Loopback means grub extracts the kernel and the initrd directly from the iso at boot-time, but the fll-iso2usb tool still creates kernel- and initrd-files thus wasting 26 MB. In case of my 2GB-stick this small difference makes the process fail.
This can be corrected. Just delete the four obsolete files and copy the whole aptosid.iso onto the stick. Now you have to create the grub.cfg. You need to review the uuid of the fromhd parameter if you copy the file from another usbstick.
greetings
