          | Its a bit hard to tell as there isn't enough information available to say that, but I would say: yes works fine (after you have installed some non-free firmware). 
 Intel graphics means no pain with blobs and the new intel GPU have a decent performance for office and low energy draining, but I am a fan…
 Intel wlan usually means that you need firmware, which one depends on the exact card, probably firmware-iwlwifi though.
 No idea if the ethernet card needs firmware and if yes which one as "Gigabit" is very unspecific.
 Webcam, CardReader, Bluetooth, UMTS, … it is only said "yes" on the spec list, so maybe, but usually yes.
 
 
 But I have to say that you should be able to get "more" even in that price-range nowadays. Core2Duo is quite a few CPU generations behind. I would get a cheap i3 (make it a second gen) if I would be you. Also: Aim for 4GB of RAM.
