Hi,
I have analyzed nearly all of aptosids packages with lintian today, because I just wanted to know how it works, so that I could use it for my own packages.
The output looks pretty positive to me, but also displays some mistakes made in packaging and spelling.
I hope that this might be of interest for you aptosid devs out there and others interested in stuff like that.
The lintian report can be found at: http://paste.pocoo.org/show/505410/ |

Quiet a few are false positives (x-www-browser in desktop but not in page), others correct like missing manpages - but on the other hand, you don't need them for stuff which basically does nothing and the spelling issues are usually upstream problems. All in all, i prepared for something "more"
As a hint: Run lintian on the *.changes files, not on the *.deb files - this will ensure that the source packages are checked, too, and reduces false positives (as lintian will be able to look at all packages belonging together at the same time). |

Ah, thanks for the hint!
