Post subject: First, how to change wallpaper?

It used to be so easy, so obvious.
Today I cannot change the wallpaper.
Right click on desktop gives no such option.
Nor could I see any in system settings.
The priority, I guess, has shifted to splash screen
That was easy.
Someone, please help.

Had found out 10 minutes back. Thought it had to be by right click on desktop.
Actually I had expected the right-click alone to show directly the wallpaper option.
EDIT: BTW how "Folder View Settings" can be related to wallpaper?
